Description:The Inside Sales Account Manager must be a multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced work environment. As an ISM, you will be responsible for growing sales of product lines. You will work in a small team dynamic with District Sales Managers to achieve your sales quota. Inside Sales Account Managers also serve as an integral part of the team to create and deliver quotes as well as working with relevant departments to resolve any concerns. You must consider yourself customer-focused, team-minded, and results-driven. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Maintain and grow existing client relationships and business opportunities within a defined territory through regular contact and timely follow-upDevelop new sales opportunities through outbound prospecting.Create customer proposals, pricing and special projects.Meet and exceed revenue and activity performance goalsUtilize Salesforce.com to accurately and effectively track activity and update lead, account and opportunity information.Work with district sales managers to execute optimum sales approachBuild and manage your sales pipelineMonday - Friday8:00am - 5:00pm1 hour lunchDress code: business casual (jeans on Friday)Competitive compensation (base salary plus quarterly commission opportunities)Benefits package starting Day 1 (Includes vision, dental, and life)401(k) with company matchTuition ReimbursementPaid Vacation and HolidaysSkills:inside sales, customer service, Salesforce, sapTop Skills Details:inside sales,customer serviceAdditional Skills & Qualifications:Self-motivating and outgoing. You consider yourself customer-focused, team-minded, and results-drivenRequires professional written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills and excellent phone mannersKnowledge of computer software/programs including MS Office and Gmail preferred.
