Job Description:

Sr. Account Manager position available for an experienced applicant who enjoys account management with providing an outstanding level of customer satisfaction. This position is responsible to work with multiple e-commerce clients to coordinate and direct projects with internal/external departments in relation to the operational side of the business. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• 
  Responsible for the execution of the project from initial job meeting to the completion of the project to achieve mutually agreed upon expectations
• 
  Expeditiously responds to client service issues, determines the source, effectively resolves the issue by investigating all possible processes to achieve client satisfaction
• 
  Develops job procedures to standardize project operations and implements timelines to eliminate work overload
• 
  Builds strong relationships internally and externally to guarantee the success of the clients projects
• 
  Perform general project administration, i.e. report generation, order processing, daily KPIs and end of month billing with reports
• 
  Ability to recognize opportunities to provide additional value to the client.
  • 
    Previous college or business school degree and/or account management with logistics experience required
  • 
    Must have professional oral and written communication skills.
  • 
    Excellent problem solving skills.
  • 
    Ability to multi-task to meet tight deadlines.
  • 
    Have business intelligence skills.
  • 
    Desire to mentor other Account Managers in the Department.
  • 
    Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint are required
  • 
    Previous experience working in an AS400 environment is preferred.
  • 
    Experience in an e-commerce/fulfillment account management position is strongly preferred
