Description The project entails a full restoration of the historic
Baird Auditorium, encompassing the preservation of original
architectural finishes, restoration of the tile ceiling, and
upgrades to MEP and AV systems. The undertaking also involves
concrete repairs, structural steel modifications, and refinishing
of decorative metal elements. Responsibilities Implement the entire
quality control program. Attend all post-award conferences, CQC
plan meetings, and coordination and mutual understanding meetings.
Conduct CQC meetings. Perform the three phases of the quality
control process. Conduct submittal review and approval. Ensure
testing is performed. Essential Skills Minimum 7 years of
experience within construction and 3 years as a Quality Control
Manager. Proficiency in quality control, OSHA compliance, and
federal construction. Experience with the US Army Corps of
Engineers. Possession of Army Corps of Engineers Certification in
Construction Quality Management. Must have a degree, although it
does not need to be AEC-related. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with large projects. Expertise in historical
preservation. General Contractor experience. Work Environment The
work will be conducted on the construction site, initially on the
night shift for the first few months, transitioning to day shifts.
The schedule includes four 10-hour shifts from Monday to Thursday,
initially from 10 PM to 8 AM for night shifts, then from 8 AM to 5
PM for day shifts. Employees will utilize innovative and

Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of
Washington, DC. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is
$90000.00 - $135000.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some
