Job Description Job Description Job Title: Maintenance Technician Job Description We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team, working on a 12-hour, 4x2 rotating schedule with shifts available both from 7 am to 7 pm and from 7 pm to 7 am. The role involves working every other weekend. Need to take a 3 phase motor test Responsibilities Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain all production and auxiliary production equipment. Perform routine and scheduled preventative maintenance on all production machinery to ensure optimal performance. Quickly diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues on equipment and building systems to minimize downtime. Analyze and diagnose mechanical and electrical problems to make necessary repairs. Dismantle machines and equipment for inspection, testing, and maintenance. Follow all safety procedures and ensure equipment conforms to safety regulations. Communicate daily issues and information to supervisors and other employees as needed. Essential Skills Industrial electrical experience, including PLC troubleshooting, VFDs, drivers, and panel signal experience. Manufacturing experience. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mountain Top, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
