Job Description:
Constellation, a national leader in energy solutions, is looking
for a seasoned Electrical M&T (Monitoring and Testing)
Instructor to join our corporate Education, Training & E-Learning
team. This role is pivotal in providing high-quality, specialized
training in electrical monitoring and testing techniques to our
personnel, ensuring our workforce is skilled, safe, and efficient
in managing and operating energy systems. The Electrical M&T
Instructor will develop and deliver comprehensive training programs
that reflect the latest in industry standards and technology
advancements. Design and develop training modules and materials
focused on electrical monitoring and testing for various levels of
technical staff. Deliver interactive and engaging training sessions
in both classroom and on-site environments. Evaluate the
effectiveness of training programs and modify curriculum as needed
to enhance learning outcomes. Stay up-to-date with the latest
electrical standards, technology and Constellation’s operational
methodologies to integrate into training materials. Collaborate
with other department leads to identify training needs and schedule
training sessions accordingly. Ensure strict adherence to safety
standards and compliance with all regulations set by the energy
sector. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, monitoring,
testing, and troubleshooting. Excellent presentation and
communication skills. Ability to develop and organize training
material. Proficient in MS Office and various training software.
Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certified
Training and Development Professional (CTDP) or Certified Technical
Trainer (CTT) preferred. Relevant industry certifications such as
Certified Electrical Safety Compliance Professional (CESCP) or
similar.
