Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1 years
Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. A full-time Behavior
Specialist or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) position is
available within a K-12 school setting located in West Chester, PA.
This contract role runs through the current school year, ending on
June 12, 2026, with a 35-hour workweek during typical school hours
between 7 AM and 4 PM. Specific daily hours will depend on school
placement. Key Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 behavioral support to
students across K-12 grade levels. Apply behavior intervention
strategies in an urban school environment. Maintain professionalism
while working independently, as supervision cannot be guaranteed.
Work collaboratively with school staff while respecting district
policies and procedures. Serve students in an elementary school
setting with a focus on those requiring behavioral assistance.
Qualifications and Experience: Certification as a Behavior
Specialist or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is required.
Prior school-based experience working with K-12 students is
essential. Ability to work within an urban school setting
comfortably. Must have reliable transportation to and from the
assignment. Ability to maintain active certification outside of the
district is necessary. Candidates must be male and ready to
disclose any current district affiliations. Financial ability to
complete required Pennsylvania clearances independently. Additional
