or Special Education experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. This position
offers an opportunity to provide dedicated one-on-one support to
students with behavioral needs within a K-12 school environment.
The role is based in Salem, NH, at Captain Samuel Douglass Academy
and runs through June 17, 2026, with a start date as soon as
possible. Key Responsibilities: Provide individualized assistance
to students with behavioral challenges. Support teachers and staff
in managing classroom environments. Adapt to classroom
rearrangements and changing student needs. Collaborate with special
education teams to implement tailored strategies. Qualifications:
High school diploma required. Experience working as a
paraprofessional or in a child-related professional setting.
Comfort and experience with special education (SPED) students.
Ability to provide one completed professional reference prior to
submission. Reliable transportation necessary. Successful
completion of district fingerprinting and onboarding processes.
Availability for a Zoom interview. Location: Salem, NH, at Captain
Samuel Douglass Academy. Typical work hours: 8:35 a.m. to 3:10 p.m.
