Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This position
offers an opportunity to provide vital speech-language support
within a K-12 educational setting, serving students from infancy
through age 21. The role is full-time, totaling 37.5 hours per
week, and spans the entire school year under a contract
arrangement. Services will be delivered across five school
locations in the Rock Hall, MD area. Key Responsibilities: Conduct
speech-language assessments and develop individualized intervention
plans tailored to each students needs. Provide direct
speech-language therapy sessions in person, maintaining a
student-centered approach. Collaborate with educators, families,
and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress and
inclusion. Complete required documentation and maintain accurate
records in a timely fashion; paperwork may be completed remotely
from home. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and
school protocols to support student success. Qualifications and
Experience: Valid certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
(SLP) with the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred.
Experience working within a school-based setting, ideally serving a
diverse K-12 population. Ability to provide in-person therapy
sessions across multiple school locations while managing flexible
paperwork completion remotely. Strong communication skills and the
ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and
healthcare professionals. Additional Details: This is a contracted,
full-time role requiring presence on-site for therapy sessions;
fully remote work is not permitted. The position accommodates
working with a wide age range, from infants through 21 years old.
Travel between five designated school sites within the Rock Hall

Compensation for this position ranges from $30.22 to $60.22.
