. Murphy’s Family Staffing is recruiting skilled Commercial Flat
Roofing Technicians for a well-established roofing contractor in
the Lancaster area . This is a full-time, direct hire, permanent,
year-round position — not seasonal, not temp, not a tryout. If you
know commercial flat roofing, show up every day, and don’t leave
your crew hanging, this is a solid opportunity with strong pay and
steady work. Pay $22 – $30 per hour Pay is based on experience,
skill level, and reliability Job Type Full-time Direct hire
Permanent position Year-round work What You’ll Be Doing Commercial
flat roofing installation, repair, and maintenance Working with
TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen , and related systems Tear-offs,
installs, flashing, repairs, and roof detailing Safely working at
heights on commercial buildings Lifting and carrying 50 lbs
regularly Working as part of a team that depends on each other to
get the job done right Requirements Requirements (Read Carefully)
Proven experience in commercial flat roofing (not entry-level)
Comfortable working at heights Physically able to lift 50 lbs
Strong attendance and reliability — no constant call-offs Valid
driver’s license REQUIRED Reliable transportation REQUIRED OSHA 10
