This role involves working on the production line to ensure the smooth operation of various stages, including bottle unscrambling, orientation, filling, capping, coding, sealing, labeling, and boxing. The position offers an opportunity to gain valuable skills and experience in a stable and growing company. Responsibilities Work on the production line in the Bottling Department, ensuring smooth operation. Rotate through three main positions: Top Position, Middle Position, and Packer. Ensure bottles are standing properly, facing the correct direction, filled, capped, coded, sealed, labeled, and boxed for shipping. Perform visual inspections and documentation as required. Collaborate and communicate effectively within the team to maintain efficient production. Essential Skills Attention to detail and ability to read and write English for documentation and visual inspections. Ability to stand for the entire shift. Work Environment The work environment is clean and partially climate-controlled, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Safe Quality Foods (SQF) standards. The facility enforces stringent policies and procedures to maintain quality and safety. The dress code is jeans and a t-shirt (no buttons or hoodies), with no jewelry or food allowed on the floor to comply with GMP requirements. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
