solver who enjoys keeping things running smoothly? We're looking
for a Maintenance Technician to join our team and ensure our
residents live in a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained

closely with nursing staff to coordinate daily maintenance services
in resident areas. Perform routine repairs, preventative
maintenance, and assist with refurbishing projects. Maintain the
facility's grounds, ensuring a safe and pleasant outdoor
environment. Keep equipment and building systems properly
maintained for resident comfort. Assist with safety inspections,
tests, and drills to ensure compliance and security. Implement
innovative ideas and solutions to improve maintenance processes.
Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required.
2 years of experience in building trades, maintenance, or a related
field preferred. Familiarity with industry-specific tools and
software is essential to effectively carry out tasks related to
facility upkeep and repair. Knowledge and skills Preferred for the
position are: HVAC Electrical Plumbing. Strong problem-solving
