A Digital Marketing Specialist opening in the greater Lancaster area offering remote work options and a salary around $75k, depending on experience. This direct hire opportunity has a benefits package including the following: medical insurance with part of coverage covered by employer, 401k with 3% match, profit sharing, 10 days PTO, 15 paid holidays, and more!

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be part of a close-knit team within an organization that has continued revenue growth over the past 20+ years. You will have the opportunity to work on unique projects with customers in various industries so it's a perfect role for someone who likes variety in their day-to-day workflow! As a Digital Marketing Specialist your responsibilities will include developing and implementing paid media campaigns, content & marketing, PPC campaign set up and management, overseeing email automation campaigns, and social media management. There will be a mixture of client project work in addition to continuing to drive results forwards for the company. You will work collaboratively with clients, team members, and management to ensure the success of various digital marketing initiatives.

Qualified candidates will have the following:

• 3+ years of digital marketing experience
• Prior experience developing PPC, and email marketing strategies & solutions, social media, SEO strategies, etc.
• Prior experience creating content/blogs for a company
• Excellent customer service & client relationship skills
