Job Description:

Specialist I, you will play a pivotal role in managing and ensuring
the accuracy and integrity of our customer data systems. This role
involves meticulous attention to detail and an understanding of
data management principles that support operational excellence and
compliance in the healthcare sector. You will collaborate with
cross-functional teams to support our core mission of eliminating
preventable treatment errors through superior data management.
Maintain and update customer data in the master database. Ensure
data quality, consistency, and accuracy across multiple platforms.
Collaborate with IT and other departments to develop and implement
data governance policies. Assist in the routine auditing of data
for compliance with industry regulations. Support the integration
of new data management technologies and software. Provide training
and support to stakeholders on new data processes. Generate and
distribute regular reports on data metrics to help guide business
decisions. Proficient in database management and data entry. Strong
understanding of data privacy standards and practices. Ability to
manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Excellent
communication and team collaboration skills. Medical Insurance 401k
Certified Health Data Analyst (CHDA) is preferred Familiarity with
data management tools and software
