housing, environmental health, and energy efficiency services for
families in communities around the country, as well as conducting
direct services in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. GHHI’s delivery

family displacement Position Summary: GHHI seeks a full time
Project Coordinator in our Lancaster, Pennsylvania office to ensure
the smooth progression of housing units through our lead
remediation program. This includes tracking all projects,
performing client and contractor relations, client and contractor
scheduling and bidding process, ensuring the completion and
correctness of all required documentation for projects, data entry
and reporting, client education, program services coordination and
administration of client satisfaction surveys. This position
involves client contact within the communities that GHHI serves in
Lancaster County. Position helps coordinate client lead hazard
reduction and healthy housing interventions for GHHI’s direct
services for the Lead Free Families Program in Lancaster County.
The position works with the project team to coordinate housing
intervention and educational services in low-income homes to
prevent childhood lead poisoning and improve health and educational
outcomes for children. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Applicants must have a demonstrated ability to multi-task and work
in a fast-paced program Coordinate and assist with scheduling of
GHHI and subcontractor inspections, site visits, housing
interventions, occupant and owner education and other home visits
as needed Project Coordinator will be responsible for conducting
data entry for client intake and all program data tracking in the
Program’s Efforts to Outcomes (ETO) Database, monitoring data
quality and reporting issues to Program Managers, and ensuring
updates made in ETO reflect all internal process workflows and
program completion milestones for each property receiving
intervention services. This is a time-sensitive task that needs to
be conducted regularly to ensure program process reports are
accurate, up to date, and prioritize households who have a lead
poisoned child Customer Service Skills: Project Coordinator will be
working with Lead Free Families and Healthy Homes clients. The
selected applicant must have great communication skills, be
accommodating and able to confidently communicate the programs
offerings and procedures Coordinate with internal and external
project team members for property inspections, subcontractor
housing intervention services and occupant temporary relocation
Route and respond to client inquiries in a timely and courteous
manner including client correspondence and client, homeowner and
rental owner communications Perform follow up client satisfaction
surveys in compliance with organization’s evaluation and review
processes and record and distribute information accordingly Conduct
client referral follow-up with community, healthcare, social and
other agency housing services referral partners Approve and track
invoices for lead and healthy homes projects Maintain records for
all jobs Project Coordinator will be provided with a Lead 101
training to gain an understanding and have knowledge of the danger
of lead hazards with children and will continue to increase
knowledge Assist with Program outreach and marketing events and
presentations as requested Assist with workforce development and
contractor capacity building initiatives as requested Miscellaneous
projects and other duties to support the mission and deliverables
of the organization Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and
Outlook. Qualifications: High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
and database platforms Exceptional organizational skills with
meticulous attention to detail and follow-up Professional work
ethic and communication skills Strong customer service and
interpersonal skills for interacting with clients, subcontractors,
partner agencies, staff and management Works well
independently/takes responsibility and initiative; self-starter
Ability to manage multiple competing timelines and directives
Desire to work in a team environment and make an impact in the
lives of low-income families Flexibility, initiative, and a
collaborative spirit Conscientious and self-motivated team player
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) Ability to
provide excellent customer service and consistent client follow-up
This position will be assigned duties that require the operation of
a motor vehicle. Must maintain ready access to a motor vehicle,
possess a valid motor vehicle operator's license, and required auto
insurance Customer service experience High school diploma or
equivalent is required, college preferred Preferred Qualifications
Spanish language proficiency Additional Information: The Green &
