are looking for a Sales Support Coordinator to join our growing
team here in Gaithersburg, Maryland. The ideal candidate is someone
who can balance strong organizational skills with excellent
communication while providing a seamless, professional experience
for both our sales team and our clients. This role plays a key role
in supporting the sales team through administrative coordination,
quoting assistance, customer follow-up, and maintaining organized
processes. This position ensures smooth handoffs between sales, and
operations, helping drive efficiency and an excellent customer
experience. We are looking for a professional who takes pride in

efficiency, security, and profitability. Responsibilities: Manage
leads, create opportunities, and set appointments, ensuring timely
follow-up and next steps. Monitor sales pipeline, maintain PSA/CRM
data, and document all activities, notes, and follow-ups to keep
deals moving forward. Attend sales meetings, document action items,
and assist with agendas and collateral preparation. Respond to
customer and prospect inquiries, including email campaigns,
onboarding, and follow-ups. Send follow-up emails, reminders, and
updates on behalf of the sales team. Create and manage email
templates and PSA follow-up activities for stale or lost leads.
Support one-off sales requests (computers, phones, licenses,
accessories) and prepare accurate quotes. Assist with marketing
initiatives, including email drip campaigns, collateral
distribution, and event coordination (Lunch & Learns, webinars,
etc.). Facilitate smooth communication and handoffs between sales,
marketing, and service teams. Maintain certifications and stay
current with industry training. Document processes while suggesting
improvements. Provide superior client and internal communication.
Assist colleagues as needed. Requirements: High school diploma or
higher education. Strong computer skills and comfort with CRM, PSA,
and office software. Ability to quickly learn new tools, processes,
and systems. Excellent organizational skills with strong attention
to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet
deadlines, and work effectively under pressure. Experience in
customer service or supporting a sales team. Dependable, flexible,
and professional demeanor. Self-motivated, engaged team player with
a positive attitude. Excellent verbal and written communication
skills. Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality. Calm
and professional approach when handling customer inquiries or

ConnectWise Experience with lead generation, appointment setting,
or client onboarding. Solid understanding of technology. Experience
