Job Description:
Year Up is seeking a motivated and passionate Customer Success
Job Training Program Coordinator to join our nonprofit organization
aimed at closing the opportunity divide. This role is pivotal in
supporting young adults through a strategic mix of academic
learning and hands-on experience, preparing them for customer
success roles across various industries. As a coordinator, you will
oversee the development and implementation of training materials,
monitor participant progress, and ensure our training aligns with
the current market demands. Develop and update curriculum and
course materials tailored to customer success roles. Facilitate and
oversee both in-person and online training sessions. Monitor and
report on the progress of participants, offering feedback and
support. Liaise with industry professionals to update course
content and secure guest lectures or workshops. Assist in the
recruitment and selection of program candidates. Coordinate with
various departments to ensure a seamless transition for students
from training to internships. Strong understanding of customer
engagement and relationship management. Excellent organizational
and leadership capabilities. Ability to identify educational needs
and creatively develop content. Proficient in digital learning
platforms and e-learning technologies. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Certified Training
Professional (CTP) or equivalent is preferred.
