sales of boilers and related HVAC products and accessories,
including furnaces, radiators, and air conditioning systems. We

under well-established brand names. Products are manufactured at
company operated facilities in the East, South, and Midwestern
United States.We are seeking a Tax and Benefit Plan Administrator
to join our team! This position will be a critical resource for all
things corporate tax related. Additionally, this position will
manage benefit plan administration including 401k and pensions. The
ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of corporate tax
laws and compliance.This is a full-time position located in
Lancaster, PA. Hours are Monday-Thursday, 7:45 AM - 4:30 PM;
Friday, 7:45 AM - 3:30 PM. At times, this position may be required
to work outside of normal business hours.Essential duties and
responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be
assigned.Coordinates the preparation of federal, state, local and
special tax returns, provisions, estimates and extensions by
collecting, analyzing, and formatting financial informationManages
in house and third-party year-end tax form preparation including,
but not limited to 1099, 1099-R, W-2 and 1042 reporting for all
applicable employees, retirees, vendors and shareholdersComplies
with federal, state, and local requirements by studying
regulations; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising
management on needed actions; communicating with attorneys, tax
specialists and our transfer agent to ensure timely corporate and
payroll tax reporting requirementsIn charge of company's
shareholder administration which includes reconciliations,
demographic updates, quarterly dividend withholding and annual
proxy voting campaign for shareholder meetingPrepares monthly bank
account reconciliations and serves as back-up for daily cash
management dutiesServes as the plan administrator for the company
pension, 401k and deferred compensation plansResponsible for
working with outside auditors to handle annual benefit plan audits
as required by the US Dept of Labor and preparation of related 5500
tax filingsPreparation of annual census and coordination with 401k
recordkeeper to perform annual nondiscrimination testingReconciles
and maintains records for Health Care Costs (VEBA) and coordinates
related 5500 tax filings for the company's self-insured benefit
plansDirectly interacts and problem solves with stakeholders for
questions related to retirement, shareholder, business
registration, payroll tax, federal/state/local/indirect taxes and
other government reporting requirementsAssists shared services
department with updates to and creation of new AP vendorsFunctions
as primary backup for cash management and accounts receivable
functions at corporate officePrepares financial statements,
reports, and records by collecting, analyzing and summarizing
information and trendsMaintains professional and technical
knowledge by attending educational workshops or classes; reviewing
professional publications; establishing personal networks,
participating in professional
societiesQualifications/Requirements:Bachelor's degree in
accounting related field requiredCPA certification required5 years
of experience in progressive accounting rolesPhysical Demands:The
