In 2-3 years this person will join the previous people in this role in Plant Controller positions. Your main responsibilities in this position would include financial statement preparation and consolidation, account analysis and reconciliations, cash flow analysis, budgets and forecasting, audit preparation, and internal control maintenance and regulatory reporting. Great compensation, benefits, and chances for advancement are all part of the package.Responsibilities- Assist in coordinating quarterly reviews and testing with internal and external auditors- Dedication to continuously improve the automation of the accounting and reporting process- Ensure corporate accounting policies, procedures, and controls are followed when working with business partners and be able to provide support on special requests- Participate in various department-wide initiatives- Coordinate Ad-hoc projects as necessary- Prepare Balance Sheet account reconciliations- Execute monthly accounting close procedures and deliverables (journal entries, reconciliations, reports) in compliance with GAAP- Analyze financial information and report on financial results (trends, performance metrics, benchmarks)- Prepare monthly consolidated P& L and Balance Sheet flux analysis for management reporting
