Full-time Bachelor's Degree More than 8 years English Fluent
Responsible for the direction, control and coordination of all
financial activities of the Business; for planning and developing
the Business' basic systems of accounting and financial control;
for providing direction to the financial functions of cash
management, insurance and taxes; for participating in major
financial and contractual transactions; for the direction of the
functions of Organization Planning and Policy Administration; and
for rendering advice and assistance in assigned areas of
responsibility for policy guidance.
Duties and responsibilities may be added, deleted or changed at any
time at the discretion of management, formally or informally,
either verbally or in writing.
1. Lead the month-end closing process, preparing and reviewing
journal entries and balance sheet account reconciliations.
2. Analyze financial results and compare to forecast, investigating
reasons for significant variances.
3. Formulate and recommend changes and additions to financial
policies relating to functional activities under his/her
direction.
4. Support the monthly forecasting and annual budget process,
working with Sales, Operations and Program management to provide
accurate forecasts
5. Compare gross margins and factory costs between forecasts and
actuals.
6. Establish the Business' overall system of budgetary control;
provide for the interpretation of financial results against planned
performance.
7. Create and maintain a model for OEM sales based on Safran Build
Rates. Establish a shipset value for all significant platforms, and
hold twice-annual reviews with Sales, Program Management, and
Operations.
8. Participate in the formulation of the Business' near term and
long-range goals and objectives, and the plans and programs
directed toward their achievement.
9. Direct the administration of all functions relating to cash
operations, including custody of the Business' funds; establish
credit and financial evaluation practices within Corporate
guidelines.
10. Support the administration of the Business' industrial
insurance program and coordinate with the Corporate Insurance
Department.
11. Work with Department heads to create department budgets based
on HR headcounts and compensation that drives Lancaster EBIT model
and matches how expenses are reported in MFG-PRO and BPC
12. Provide direction on contract terminations, overhead claims and
settlements.
13. Develop a P&L in MFG-PRO, or from a download from MFG-PRO
that is in the same format as the BPC P&L.
14. Direct the Business' legal functions, including coordination
with outside and Corporate counsel, and patent and licensing
activities.
15. Establish standard contract terms under which the Business will
do business with customers and suppliers; approve nonstandard
contract terms and conditions; review and approve proposals and
contractual documents whose size, terms or conditions exceed the
authority granted to VP Marketing.Complementary

Required: B.S. in Accounting
Preferred: M.B.A. and/or C.P.A.
Experience -
Required: 10 years various accounting positions
Preferred: 15 years covering all major areas of accounting in a
manufacturing operation
Special Knowledge/Skills -
Required: General accounting, tax, asset accounting,
cost and pricing, budgeting, data processing, payroll, accounts
payable, strategic planning, internal controls, etc.
Preferred: Government accounting, online computer experience,
policy
making, auditing control, financial analysis, etc.
Other - Ability to interact and relate with executive and
managerial personnel in a professional manner; above average
analytical skills with the ability to develop policy procedures and
