Headquarters location in Lancaster, PAThe Senior Analyst Financial
Planning is responsible for efficiently providing detailed
analytical support to senior management to improve business
decisions. The person in this position will provide financial and
operational analytics, budgeting and forecasting, trend analysis,
business insights, qualitative assessment of risks and
opportunities, and recommendations based on advanced financial
analysis. In addition, to the regular assessment of business
operations, this position will be a key player in the expansion and
evolution of the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function
within Fulton, participating in projects to enhance the team's
capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a financial planning
and analysis background with a solid understanding of both the
banking industry and general accounting and will work closely with
FP&A team members and lines of business to successfully achieve
common goals.Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to key
stakeholders.
- Report on actual financial and operational performance against
targets and provide variance analysis and guidance on future
trends.
- Prepare and communicate robust and meaningful budgets and
forecasts, integrated with strategy, targets, and operational
processes.
- Ensure performance risks, issues and opportunities are
highlighted to management.
- Drive process efficiencies to focus on key deliverables in
order to create value for key stakeholders and ultimately
shareholders.
- Generate insight and drive outcomes by challenging assumptions,
scoping and framing problems, and analyzing and delivering
solutions.
- Influence strong cross-functional communications and enhance
efficiencies by leading teams through process improvements
efforts.
- Actively engage in the ongoing development of Fulton's
financial planning and business intelligence systems.
- Perform ad-hoc projects, and analytics that result in
recommendations to the management
team.QualificationsEducationBachelor Degree or the equivalent
experience. Specialty: Finance, Accounting or other applicable.
(Required)Experience5 or more years corporate financial planning or
accounting. (Required)2 or more years banking or financial
services. (Preferred)This role may perform other job duties as

in our industry. Specific compensation offered will be determined
based on a combination of factors including the candidate's
knowledge, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant
licenses/credentials. The salary range may vary based on geographic
location.The salary range for this position is $75,100.00 -
$125,200.00 annually. Additional Compensation Components This job
is eligible to participate in a short-term incentive compensation
plan subject to individual and company
